Martine Fleming trained with Stuart Smalley & Co LLC and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. Apart from a brief spell working in the United Kingdom, Martine has spent her legal career in the Isle of Man.

Martine practices in the areas of trusts, tax and estate planning, and corporate and company commercial law. She particularly specialises in advising high net worth individuals on tax and estate planning issues and migration from and to the United Kingdom and from and to the Isle of Man in a tax efficient manner. She also specialises in all aspects of trust law including particular difficulties experienced by both trustees and beneficiaries such as beneficiary disputes, divorce and breach of trust issues. She undertakes drafting work for trustee clients and advises on the preparation of trust documentation.
